Welcoming spring with open arms, the flower fête of the season is set to kick off in the Buckhead Village neighborhood in the form of a show-stopping Bodacious Blooms Flower Festival Thursday, May 2 through Saturday, May 4. The community-wide festival invites visitors to the area to join in for a weekend of larger-than-life floral installations, hands-on floral workshops from master floral designers, colorful in-store activations, exclusive promotions and endless photo-ready moments – all thoughtfully designed to celebrate the spring season in style.

Thursday, May 2:

Blooming Banter: A Conversation on Florals in Every Day

We invite you to step into a world where flowers do more than bloom - they transform lives, spaces, and moments. Join us for an evening of conversation, wine, florals, and great company to celebrate the return of Bodacious Blooms.

Meet three creatives known for curating florals throughout their designs and work: London-based paper artist, Zoe Bradley; floral designer, Canaan Marshall; and interior designer, Whitney Durham. Moderated by Ann Howe, Managing Director of Schumacher, the conversation will be centered around incorporating florals into the every day - both personally and professionally - and how florals inspire their respective crafts.

Friday, May 3:

Floral Arranging Workshop with with HBO Max Full Bloom’s Canaan Marshall

Everyone’s favorite floral designer, Canaan Marshall, is returning to Buckhead Village to host a hands-on floral arrangement class. As seen on HBO Max's Full Bloom, Canaan is the next-door floral designer of your dreams and will guide you in designing a breathtaking floral arrangement with his signature effortless style.

This floral experience will be an introductory class and is perfect for anyone who would like to learn to use everyday floral elements to enhance their next tablescape.

The workshop is hosted by Buckhead Village and will take place in the beautiful, weather-protected, open-air area of The Veranda – located at the corner of Bolling Way and Buckhead Avenue, across from Le Bilboquet.

Attendees will be provided with florals, a vessel and all of the necessary supplies to design a beautiful centerpiece to bring home. Wine and refreshments will be provided by Wölffer Estate and delicious boxed lunches will be provided by Bella Cucina.

Your ticket includes:

  • A centerpiece floral arrangement. ($200 value)

  • Apron & floral shears to use during the workshop.

  • Unlimited wine, rosé and non-alcoholic refreshments from Wölffer Estate.

  • A delectable boxed lunch from Bella Cucina. ($25 value)

Saturday, May 4:

  • Livable Buckhead 5K “buckheadRUN!”
    7am - 10 am

    Livable Buckhead encourages runners of all ages and abilities – and their four-legged friends – to join the buckheadRUN! 5K. In addition to awards for the fastest runners in various age groups, buckheadRUN! includes a “Fastest Fido” category, bandana giveaways for dogs, a pre-race hype event and post-race celebration. Runners are also encouraged to celebrate spring by dressing in flower-themed costumes and garb. Livable Buckhead will award prizes for the best flower costumes.   • Buckhead Village Property-Wide Street Festival & Atl Girl Gang Botanical Vendor Market
    10 am - 4 pm     

    Buckhead Village invites visitors to enjoy chic floral installations and live music while taking advantage of in-store promotions. ATL Girl Gang will curate an outdoor, botanical-themed vendor market uplifting women-owned businesses. Guests can enjoy a floral truck, vintage photo booth, flower-crown making stations, and yard games. Entry is free to all & dogs are welcome!
